The Code applies to all of our directors, employees (regardless of job level) and contractors across all Badiri projects as well as all Badiri-operated joint ventures.

Human Rights

Human rights are universal and every person around the world deserves to be treated with dignity and equality. It is the Company’s policy that all Badiri Construction Representatives, Suppliers and agents respect the human rights of all stakeholders and local communities in which Badiri conducts business. No human rights violations by any Badiri entity, Badiri Representatives and Suppliers will be tolerated. All Badiri Representatives must adhere to such applicable laws and international standard.

Health & Safety

Badiri is committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace in compliance with applicable

laws, rules and regulations. Badiri Representatives must be aware of the safety issues and

policies that affect their job and the community in general.

Badiri Representatives must immediately advise an appropriate manager and/or Health & Safety representative of any workplace injury or any circumstance presenting a dangerous situation to them, other coworkers or the community in general, so that timely corrective action can be taken.
